By using Coinka, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Description of Service
Coinka is a personal finance tracking tool available as a Telegram Mini App and Bot. It allows you to record transactions, manage budgets, view analytics, and share budgets with others. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
User Accounts
Your Coinka account is linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share access to your Telegram account with unauthorized individuals.
Premium Subscription
Premium features are available via Telegram Stars payments. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Monthly and yearly subscriptions provide access for their respective periods. Lifetime subscriptions provide permanent access to premium features.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service's operation, using automated tools to access the service, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Coinka is a tool for personal finance tracking and does not provide financial advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data in the app. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
